With over 12 years of international experience in Human Resources across diverse industries—including retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and manufacturing—I’ve developed a deep expertise in HR transformation and operational excellence. 

What truly drives me is the freedom to work independently and remotely — a way of working that allows me to thrive both professionally and personally.
